Allergy Asthma Symptoms Cause

Common allergy symptoms include asthma, congestion, coughing, depression, digestive problem, fatigue, frequent colds, hay fever. Other symptoms include headaches, respiratory tract inflammation, itching, muscle spasm, skin rashes, hives, sneezing, sore throat, swelling. Bacteria, constipation, dirty colon, grass, mold, parasites, pathogens, pets, pollen, processed food, synthetic chemicals, yeast, viral infection cause most allergy related reactions.

Most common definition of an allergy is any response of the immune system to something good or something harmful. When our bodies over react to allergens or other substances and provokes the immune system it produces antibodies that coat the cells. This may cause the release of other cell chemicals.

An allergy is one of four forms of hypersensitivity called type I hypersensitivity. It is characterized by excessive activation of certain white blood cells called mast cells and basophils by an antibody known as IgE, resulting in an inflammatory response of our bodies. Common allergic reactions include asthma, food allergies, eczema, hay fever, hives, and reactions to the insects such as wasps and bees.

During most allergies, some may react to animals, chemicals, cosmetics, detergents, drugs, dust, flower and tree pollen, certain foods, grass, medications, mites, mold, perfume, vaccines or yeast. Some people may experience congestion, coughing, depression, digestive problem, fatigue, frequent colds, hay fever, headaches, respiratory tract inflammation, runny nose, itching, muscle spasm, skin rashes, hives, sneezing, sore throat or swelling.

Asthma conditions caused by allergic reactions constrict the airways in the lungs called bronchi. Asthmatic symptoms are coughing, difficulty in breathing, tight chest and wheezing. Inhaled allergens can also lead to asthmatic symptoms, caused by narrowing of the airways and increased production of mucus in the lungs, shortness of breath, coughing and wheezing.

Spasms occur in the muscles during asthma attacks that surround the bronchi that increase mucus during an allergic response from contaminates in the air or from food reactions. Histamine is produced by the immune system as the response brings on this situation. Histamine causes blood vessels to widen, fluids to leak into tissue, and muscles to spasm.

Another substance that is formed during allergic food reactions is called immunoglobulin E, an abnormal antibody. In the lungs, it causes shortness of breath, hives when in the skin, and inflammations in the walls of the intestines.

Allergies can be any bad response to something that is not normally harmful. Weak or confused immune system can misidentify any non-toxic substance as an alien substance with the over reaction of the white blood cells. When the immune system is confused it can cause more damage than the invader. No one knows why people have allergies.

Common sense may explain if the immune system is confused it may be due to the chemicals from foods mixing with chemicals produced by parasites or other organisms living in the digestive track. Some chemicals are bad enough by themselves, but when mixed with others they can be deadly. This situation disrupts the balance of our organs that maintain every healthy immune system.

Food additives and preservatives can affect individuals who are sensitive with some type of allergy, asthma, or hay fever. Few of these can affect non-allergic people as well. Some substances can cause more reactions than others can. For example, responses to sulfur dioxide and sodium benzoate occurs more commonly in asthmatics than responses to the color tartrazine.

Some feel these responses are not true allergies but more as any chemical response. Reactions depend on the types of food preservatives used or additive ingested. These may include vomiting, rashes, hives, tight chest, headaches, worsening of eczema, and many other symptoms. Similar reactions may occur with an allergy to food such as egg, nuts, etc.

Some foods have natural elements that may trigger allergic or asthmatic reactions. For example, fish that is not fresh may have high levels or histamine, cheese may have tyramine, and you may react to the histamine in wine and not the sulfur dioxide.

Allergic reactions from foods or additives may show immediately after ingestion in sensitive individuals or delayed for 6 to 24 hours in others. Some may have their own built in food allergy indicator that tells them of the allergic response with some itching or rash on the arm or leg or a red bump on the forehead or face. Other symptoms of food allergy include abdominal pain, bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, and swelling of the skin during hives. Wanting to take a nap after eating may also be another sign. If you can figure out which foods you react to then you can avoid them in the future.

Being in balance and healthy it would not react and produce these allergy symptoms. When the digestive tract is clogged especially the colon with excessive waste during constipation, toxins build up and produce other chemicals that react to other natural chemicals.

These bad chemicals can derive from processed food, bacteria, parasites, pathogens, yeast or viral infections. When these types of toxins or chemicals that are foreign to the natural chemicals accumulate, they can have an immediate reaction to the chemicals in good food. The first or fastest reaction can occur in the mouth or throat from foods. Slow reactions are when the toxins are stirred up in the colon and absorbed into the bloodstream. Any symptom from this reaction results in an imbalance or being unable to oxidize the toxin.

Change in your diet and nutritional supplements will raise the oxidation process and alleviate most minor allergies and asthma related reactions. Eliminate all processed food in your diet, eat fresh organic fruits and vegetables, and take balanced liquid dietary supplements. Avoid eating food that cause an allergic reaction. Bumps, itching or fatigue are noticeable in an hour. Always eat the food that match your blood type for all blood sensitivities. Avoid all antihistamines because drugs are toxic and cause damage to the gastrointestinal tract. Try amino acid tyrosine for hay fever.

Complete detoxification is necessary in extreme allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or when skin rash will not clear.

Cleaning the digestive tract is necessary for all allergy symptoms, especially the colon, relieves food allergies and restores balance. When the immune system is healthy, it will fight off the pollens and mold that cause reactions like hay fever. Relief of most allergy symptoms and food allergies is noticed as the colon becomes cleaner.

The right balance of minerals and vitamins are needed from plant derived liquid dietary supplements like Tropical Sunrise and Oxy-Mega to clean the intestinal tract will benefit most allergy conditions. Ozone air purifiers, home filtration system helps other allergy reactions.

The true cause of allergy is the lowered oxidation process within our bodies, causing the affected individual to be abnormally sensitive to entering foreign substances. Only when the oxidation mechanism is restored to its original highest requirement of efficiency can the sensitivity be eliminated. Dr. Wendell Hendricks from Hendricks Research Foundation.

Some believe allergies are disease while others feel its the start of most all disease.
